We are a Real Estate & Construction based company and we urgently require a full time Receptionist / Administrator who can work full time Saturday-Thursday 9am – 6pm.
Seeking applications from alluring and passionate, experienced female candidates who is excellent in English communication skills, open minded and able to work on their own initiative, has excellent written and verbal communication skills and has a professional telephone manner.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supporting and administering manager’s works in every aspects.
Meeting and greeting clients
Booking meetings
Arranging couriers
Keeping the reception area tidy
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing post
Uploading property portals i.e. Dubbizle
Liaising with advertising agencies
handling pressure
proficient in internet in Internet and other office-related works using MS Office and Photoshop.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 4,000.00 /month
Accommodation and transportation provided by the company.

Kenyan candidates only
Willing to relocate
Should be ready with passport for immediate joining
Min age requirement : 28 – 40
Required experience:
administrator: 1 year

Required education:
High school or equivalent
