2026 Internship Program

The National Social Security Fund invites applications from unemployed Kenyan youths for 1-year internship placements at our Head Office and branches countrywide, in line with the Government Youth Initiative to develop young talent for the Kenyan Labour Market.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Hold a first Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution and be in possession of your certificate
  • Be an unemployed Kenyan youth aged between 20 and 34 years
  • Have graduated within the last 4 years
  • Not have undertaken any internship or work experience since graduation
  • Be available for the full 1-year duration
