Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading sales and marketing activities, developing strategies for sales growth, and providing feedback to promote the brand and business.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Service

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
  • Implement new sales plans and advertising.
  • Supervise sales, marketing, and advertising staff.
  • Stay updated on industry developments.
  • Conduct market research.

Sales & Marketing Activities:

  • Promote existing brands and launch new products.
  • Analyze budgets, prepare annual plans, and meet sales targets.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences.

Management Advisory:

  • Prepare reports for senior management on S&M metrics and KPIs.
  • Attend management meetings to present plans and activities.
  • Gather, investigate, and summarize market data.
  • Maintain client relationships.
  • Disseminate the CEO’s expectations.

Internal Relations and Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop Sales & Digital Marketing staff.
  • Manage the performance of S&M representatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments for proper alignment.
  • Support the development of training programs.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of marketing or sales experience, preferably in Microfinance or financial services.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Data analysis and report writing abilities.
  • Ability to follow company policies and work under pressure.
