We are seeking a motivated acceleration specialist who will ensure the growth and development of businesses within the program, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring that investments yield the desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Business Coaches and Entrepreneur reporting leads.
• Evaluate enterprises and identify growth opportunities aligned with their goals and market dynamics.
• Provide mentorship to entrepreneurs, offering expert advice on business strategy, market positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Implement and manage acceleration programs, workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing business skills and innovation.
• Facilitate monitoring and evaluation process for partnered businesses.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, strategic development and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Preference for degree in a business-related course or related field.
