Job Description

Overview Pepperstone is an online Forex and CFD Broker providing traders across the globe with cutting-edge technology to trade the world’s markets. We are driven to provide traders with low-cost pricing across all our instruments including FX, CFDs, Cryptocurrencies and Commodities.

The Role

As our Account Manager you will be a natural relationship builder, responsible for new client acquisitions at Pepperstone. The role is focused on increasing conversions of demo and trading account applications globally, with a focus on Africa market.

In this role, you will be communicating with prospective new clients later in the evening, fast tracking pro-active communication with clients as they apply. Your primary goals will be assisting clients as they onboard, ensuring they clearly understand KYC requirements, the benefits of trading with Pepperstone and are confident to place their first trade.

As our Account Manager, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

  • Building out relationships with warm leads, traded demos and existing clients by providing exceptional client communication via calls, emails & social media,
  • Maintaining client interest in trading markets through regular dissemination of market analysis and trade opportunities
  • Conducting KYC as an essential part of onboarding new clients
  • Problem solving client queries in an efficient manner through your knowledge of our products and platform
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Providing feedback from clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support

About you

  • Experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD industry, or finance industry
  • Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and various trading strategies
  • Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader software will be highly regarded
  • Ability to manage the sales pipeline and meet multiple deadlines including sales targets
