Job Description

We are a Human Resource Management Consulting Company based in Nairobi Kenya providing a comprehensive range of Human Resources Solutions with your business needs and focus in mind.

Accounts Administrator

Key Requirements:

  • CPA Part I & II (or equivalent accounting qualification)
  • Proven experience filing VAT, PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, SHA, and other statutory returns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and exposure to CRM/sales tools
  • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, expensing, and generating quotations
  • Ability to prepare weekly and monthly financial reports
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
