Job Description

We are a food catering company, cooking for all types of events, including weddings, “before the wedding” functions, parties, conferences, corporate and office functions, birthday parties, launches, to name a few. Let your event be Simply Divine!

Admin Officer

Job Purpose:

  • To support the Events and Bookings Unit by handling administrative duties, coordinating event bookings, managing email communication, and ensuring smooth information flow between clients and the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and record event and catering booking requests.
  • Maintain and update the events and bookings calendar.
  • Read, check, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and accurate information as received from the relevant departments.
  • Assist in preparing event documentation and client communication.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to support planning and delivery of events. .
  • Maintain proper records and filing of event and client information.
  • Follow up on booking confirmations and client requests.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and respond to emails professionally.
  • Ability to give clear and accurate information.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
