Job Description

International Transformation Foundation (ITF) is a youth led non-profit organization providing youth educational and self development programs encompassing leadership and entrepreneurship to harness creativity for Youth system that provide jobs; offering security, opportunities to grow, and contribute to the development of our communities.

Administration & HR Assistant

Human Resource (HR) Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining volunteer records.
  • Support training and professional development programs.
  • Develop and update HR policies for efficiency and effectiveness.

Administrative Duties:

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics for events.
  • Monitoring and ordering stocks of basic items such as stamps, stationery, periodicals, equipment and other items;
  • Arranging travels: Flights, hotels and accommodation etc.
  • Administer organizational events.
  • Prepare and maintain all records in line with statutory and operational requirements.
  • Maintain high standards in workplace organization and service delivery.
  • Operate manual and computerized office systems for instance filing and maintaining of ;
  • Members database;
  • Monthly and Annual reports database;
  • Contacts Database
  • Events database.

Quality Assurance Duties:

  • Ensure that all processes, services, and administrative operations meet high-quality standards.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits to assess compliance with organizational policies.
  • Identify gaps in operations and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control measures.
  • Work closely with different departments to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Person Specifications:

  • Hold (or be a current student pursuing) at least a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as Administration, Management, Human Resources, Quality Assurance etc.
  • Good organizational skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent communication skills orally and in writing (minimally in English), excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to work with diverse individuals or group of individuals.
  • Ability to maintain an established work schedule, with or without flexibility.
  • Have basic computer skills including graphic communication publications.
  • Understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and management skills- ability to multi task and prioritize.
  • Motivated to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Willingness and capacity to volunteer.
  • Passion and commitment towards youth development
  • Candidate must be in the age bracket of 18 – 30.
  • A minimum of six months commitment is required.
