Job Description

Fanaka Real Estate Limited is a real estate company which was registered and incorporated as a Limited Company in June 2016, to sell affordable land across the country. All our properties are genuine and have ready Title Deed. We source our land near upcoming government and private sector projects. This ensures the value of our land appreciates within a very short time. We have flexible payment plans, where you can provide a down payment for a specific parcel of land and pay the balance in monthly installments. We have been able to make it possible for Kenyans from different walks of life regardless of their economic status to be able to acquire land and build a home.

Administrative Assistant

Fanaka Real Estate Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations, ensure smooth administrative functions, and assist various departments in achieving their goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and records.
  • Coordinate internal office communication and logistics.
  • Support in planning and coordinating meetings and site visits. Assist with office errands and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT tools.
  • Driving experience will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
