Administrator Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration
  • Develop and administer a system that enables Nutrifusion Africa Ltd management to track legal compliance requirements.
  • Support the processing of legal agreements (non-disclosure agreements, memorandums of understanding, grant agreements, consultancy contracts and others) between Nutrifusion Africa Ltd collaborating partners.
  • Provide administrative support to Nutrifusion Africa Ltd governance mechanisms, including organizing meetings, keeping and disseminating minutes among other duties.
  • Provide support for the engagement of an external accounting firm, ensuring that deliverables are being received in accordance with the relevant service contracts.
  • Act as the Human Resource liaison for a small team including engaging with the selected payroll provider and other related duties.
  • Support the development of proposals by preparing supporting documentation (CVs, audited accounts, examples of previous work etc.) required in support of a funding application.
  • Identify and circulating new funding opportunities to the relevant team members for review and action.
  • Support Network entity management to organize meetings, workshops and other fora.
  • Support the development and dissemination of project communications materials, including but not limited to project briefs, PowerPoint presentations, website content etc.

  • Utilize networking opportunities to expand the organization’s reach and identify potential collaborations
  • Represent HPS at relevant conferences and events
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field, from a reputable University
  • Project Management qualifications strongly preferred
  • A minimum of five years relevant work experience in administration and / or Human Resources roles
  • Demonstrated expertise monitoring progress of a portfolio of projects and coordinating inputs from project managers to prepare summary reports for senior management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Essential personal qualities of integrity, responsiveness, and decisiveness.
