Job Description

Role

  • Focuses on Business Development (BD) activities – particularly increasing volume of activity, coordination and implementation of business development process, global service lines and
  • global industries regionally.
  • Heavy focus on leveraging existing clients regionally and globally via coordination with the global marketing/BD teams.
  • Overall support and coordination for Regional Managing Partner – implementing initiatives and executing on regional priorities developed by
  • RMP and coordinated with global marketing/BD team.
  • Manages and completes all reporting for the region (for example: BD activity via our CRM system and via Excel documents as well as referral reporting and global industry and service line leadership and BD activities)
  • Coordination with global BD team to leverage the collective experience and implement best practices.
  • Familiarity and relationship building with the Partners, offices, clients and capabilities of the region on a per location basis as well as on a regional basis.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience working in a Marketing or Business Development role (in a legal or professional services environment will be an advantage).
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at an international level
  • Excellent Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointskills.
  • Salesforce/CRM a plus
  • Able to present ideas and views clearly and with confidence
  • Creative problem solving
  • Very high level of attention to detail.
  • Very high work standards.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
