Job Description

A team of passionate Web and Mobile application developers who have led software development efforts for both startups and established brands.

Job Summary:

The Appointment Setter/Sales Representative will play a crucial role in our sales process by contacting potential clients, qualifying their interest and needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of web apps and web applications, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our tech solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients generated from our advertising efforts through phone calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and determining their interest in our custom web solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the team lead with qualified leads.
  • Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our web applications and websites.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with potential clients in our CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads who may not be ready to schedule an appointment immediately, ensuring continued engagement and nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to effectively sell our services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of web apps and web applications, and the ability to articulate their value to potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, we use HubSpot
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the software development or technology industry.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital outreach methods
