Summary

We are hiring an Area Manager to help drive William Grant & Sons’ next phase of growth in this dynamic, fast-growing region for premium and luxury spirits. Based in Nairobi, Kenya the role will manage our relationships and performance with long-established distributor partners in the attractive markets East Africa.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sustainable growth of the William Grant & Sons portfolio across assigned markets (Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, Uganda, La Reunion, Mauritius and Seychelles), including delivery of the annual P&L targets.
  • Implements best practice distributor management tools to embed a strong culture of planning and execution of performance and activation of brand priorities.
  • Uses Route to Consumer approach to identify and unlock next generation growth opportunities for the portfolio.
  • Leverages full cross-functional resources within William Grant & Sons to build long-term win/win relationship with distributors.

  • You revel in the opportunity to spend frequent time in market to uncover insights which can drive performance.
  • You will need to be able to communicate, at business level, in English with French desirable.
