Job Purpose

A Product Allocator is responsible for managing and distributing inventory across various retail stores or channels to ensure optimal stock levels, meet customer demands, and maximize sales opportunities. This role involves analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with different departments to effectively allocate products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Merchandising
  • Utilize sales reports, historical data, and market trends to forecast demand and determine appropriate stock levels for each store or channel.
  • Execute merchandise strategies.
  • Ensure that product allocation sheets are filled and shared with the warehouse promptly
  • Ensure all the products have been allocated in the right quantiles and we are not overstocking the stores

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of Fashion Merchandising and buying capacity in a related business or brand.
  • Inventory Management & Visual Merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills, good judgment, creativity, and enthusiasm.
