QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate/Diploma in Food and Beverage Production or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in stewarding or a similar hospitality role, with supervisory experience an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to cleanliness and detail.
