University of Kabianga is located in Kabianga Division in Kericho West District. The University is situated in the Kabianga Complex, comprising the then Kabianga Framers Training Center, Kabianga High School and Primary School and the Kipsigis County Council Tea Farm. Requirements for Direct Appointment

• Masters degree in Social Sciences, Education, Psychology or equivalent from a recognized University
• At least nine (9) years working experience in the provision of student welfare services
• Computer literacy

Duties and Responsibilities

• Register student clubs, societies or organizations and supervising annual elections for each of them.
• Organize community outreaches
• Supervise and coordinate extra-curricular activities relating to clubs, societies and organizations.
• Participate in orientation of new students.
• Oversee kitchenette applications and allocation procedures. Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned by the head of department
