Job Description

• A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Assistant Factory Manager to support factory operations, maintenance, production efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Support production planning and process optimization.
• Lead machinery installation and commissioning projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
