Assistant Operations Manager

What we’re looking for:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations (camps, lodges, or hotels preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lodge/hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)
  • Ability to work across multiple properties and remote locations
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting budgets, SOPs, health & safety, and sustainability practices
