MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.;
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Nairobi, particularly in Westlands;
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
