Job Description

Founded in 2010 by Martin Dias, a career banker of over 25 years, FAPCL Group is a private limited company that was set up to offer financial, property and valuation solutions. Over the years, FAPCL Group has experienced tremendous growth and success which has seen its corporate rating rise drastically to feature as one of the leading real estate firms in Kenya, competing in the market with some of the earliest and most successful firms in the nation.

Responsibilities

  • Work as an a assistant to the senior valuer.
  • Carry out property inspection and provide a detailed report as assigned by the senior valuer.

Qualifications

  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Land Economics
  • Be a Graduate of the Institution of Surveyors Kenya (ISK)
  • Proficient in computer skills, specifically ICDL
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently and provide quick turnaround on assignments
  • Be a mature team player
  • Experience in property inspection and report writing and presentation
