Tasks may include:

• Participating in the preparation of proposals and client deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, publications and Excel analyses.
• Conducting literature reviews and preparing case studies to guide decision-making.
• Developing and articulating technical components of RBF and performance management instruments in an accurate and easy-to-understand manner.
• Describing and interpreting graphs, analyzing data and applying statistical concepts (e.g. mean, SD, regressions) to draw actionable insights/hypotheses.
• Proposing and structuring data analyses and testing hypotheses.
• Contributing to the execution of change management plans for stakeholders across sectors, and in the creation of proposals for clients, using clear communication.
• Supporting internal business development efforts by mapping donors and preparing pitch decks.

Experience:

• At least 1-3 years’ relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, international development, public policy or similar fields.
• Experience in data analysis and management.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
• Experience in performance management and results-based financing are an added advantage.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Development, Statistics, Public Policy, Political Science, Business, Engineering or related fields. Master’s degree in related subjects is a plus.
