Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for SACCO Assurance Officers in Nairobi. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to providing insurance and financial services to SACCOs and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of SACCO operations and financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in insurance or financial services is a plus
