You’ll lead talent, develop standout formats, protect brand identity, and deliver audience-first content that performs across live, on-demand, and social platforms.

Their key responsibilities include:

• Drive audio content strategy across radio, podcasts & digital
• Develop and commission compelling shows and formats
• Lead and grow presenters, podcasters & producers
• Maintain high editorial, quality & compliance standards
• Use audience insights & analytics to guide decisions
• Grow podcasts, digital-first & audio-visual content
• Manage teams, workflows, budgets & studio resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media, Mass Communication or related field
• Experience across live & on-demand content is a plus
• Strong creative & strategic audio leadership
• 5+ years’ experience in radio, podcasting or digital media
• Proven success launching or transforming audio content
• Excellent communication & people leadership skills
• Data-driven with strong audience insight
• Hands-on understanding of audio & digital platforms
