Job Description

This adventure started when Renee did her graduation research in Uganda. She came to the conclusion that there was no real tasty bread in this African country. With the help of a grant from the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the PSI (Private Sector Investment) programme, BBROOD decided to open their shops in Uganda.

The Role

The purpose of this position is to coordinate BBROOD’s business sales processes and generate leads with the aim to grow the B2B business.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively acquire new business accounts and responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with B2B customers.
  • Event marketing: Source for corporate events and coordinate planning for successful events.
  • Customer Support: Offer customer support to B2B customers and support outlets by following up and resolving customer issues on e-commerce platforms.
  • Preparing appropriate reports for use by management
  • Any other duties assigned by management

Qualification and Experience

  • BSc degree in Marketing or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Adminnistration, Communications or a relevant field is required.
  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role in the food industry.
  • Demonsttate passion for food and food retail.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B marketing with proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tatics and Lead Conversion principles.
  • Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.
  • “Can do’ pragmatic attitude with a strong personal drive to achieve.
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire stakeholders and represent the brand
