We are seeking a skilled software development consultant who can design, develop, and deploy an automated Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system. The consultant will provide expertise on translating BSC methodology into a functional, data-driven tool that enables organizations to track strategic objectives, monitor KPIs, and generate automated performance reports.

Scope of Work:

Key activities to be undertaken by the Consultant:

Requirements Analysis & System Design

• Gather business and technical requirements from the client organization.
• Develop the system architecture, data flow, and functional specifications for a Balanced Scorecard automation tool.

Software Development & Integration

• Build a secure, scalable, and user-friendly Balanced Scorecard application (web/cloud).
• Automate KPI tracking, scorecard updates, and dashboard generation.
• Integrate with relevant enterprise systems (ERP, HRMIS, CRM, BI tools).

Visualization & Reporting

• Develop interactive dashboards for different organizational levels.
• Enable multi-format exports (PDF, Excel, PowerPoint) and automated alerts for performance gaps.

Testing, Training & Handover

• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
• Train end-users and provide comprehensive documentation.
• Offer ongoing technical support as required.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of proven experience in developing performance management or business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, JavaScript, C#, or Java) and web frameworks (Django, .NET, Angular, React).
• Strong database management skills (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of Balanced Scorecard methodology and organizational performance frameworks.
• Experience integrating systems and developing automated reporting solutions.
