Banquets Coordinator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize event setups.
  • Liaise with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage service.
  • Manage banquet staff, assigning tasks and ensuring high service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor banquet inventory and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking for banquet events.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet coordination or event management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements.
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, food safety, and beverage service.
