Job Summary:

• Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Take food and drink orders and serve guests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area.
• Handle payments and issue bills accurately.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).
• Previous experience in bartending or waiting service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
