Job Description

We are in a mission to digitize and innovate around how debt collections and recovery is done. With our flagship collections and recoveries platform, we have helped financial institutions and external debt managers to automate the collections processes with well researched workflows that have resulted in improved collections to a tune of 60%. Our customers range from Collections Agencies, Banks, Saccos, MFIs, Digital Lenders, Alternative Lenders and many other companies operating within the financial lending space. We operate in Kenya with great ambitions to expand across Africa.

BI and Analytics Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic BI and Analytics Developer to join our team. If you have a passion for business intelligence and analytics and enjoy creating impactful solutions, this role is perfect for you. You will play a key role in developing post-lending tools and solutions for financial institutions, while working on exciting and challenging projects that support your growth.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within business intelligence and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau Superset or any BI tool.
  • Strong skills in PostgreSQL, with experience in both transactional and analytical aspects.
  • Data modeling and ETL/ELT
  • Proficiency in Python for data analytics.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering actionable insights.
  • Experience in client journey mapping and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
