Bilingual Paralegal / Family Law – Part Time

Job Description

  • A leading Family Law firm is seeking a Paralegal to provide compassionate, client-focused legal support in cases such as divorce, custody, child support, mediation, and litigation.
  • This role works closely with the Founder/CEO and the legal team in a dynamic and sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client interviews and manage case files
  • Draft and file legal documents
  • Perform legal research and assist in trial preparation
  • Manage calendars and coordinate client communications

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Paralegal (Family Law preferred)
  • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or Legal Studies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with MyCase or similar legal systems (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with VAWA cases, advocacy, or women’s empowerment initiatives
