Requirements

• Be a holder of bachelor’s degree from any recognized University.
• Must be in good standing with the relevant professional body.
• Demonstrate at least seven (7) years’ experience and proven acumen in business, profession, or trade.
• Demonstrate active participation in local development initiatives.
• Exhibit experience in change management.
• Not be a supplier or trading associate of the Company.
• Be a resident within the area served by the Company.
• Provide a recommendation from the relevant nominating body representing the stakeholder category.
• Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 on leadership and integrity.
