Branch Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare management.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and hospital operations.
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial management and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
