Job Description

For many years, Royal Mabati® has supported many clients succeed through our varied solutions and products. We are a multinational company that primarily deals with roofing materials, starting out with a factory in Nairobi since our inception in 2005. Today, we’re one of the leading manufacturers of roofing products with over 10 distribution centers

Brand Ambassador

Royal Mabati Factory Ltd is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality roofing solutions and steel construction materials. We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to be the face of our brand, drive awareness, and build strong relationships with customers through impactful product promotion and engagement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years in sales, promotions, field marketing, or customer-facing roles (especially in FMCG, construction, or financing).
  • Fluency in English and local dialects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and professionalism in brand representation
  • Customer-first mindset and ability to provide real-time support
  • Visual merchandising and product presentation skills
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of local retail dynamics
  • Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Demonstrated motorcycle riding proficiency will be considered an added advantage.

Key Roles

  • Promote Royal Mabati products through market activations, demonstrations, and customer engagements to enhance brand awareness and drive demand.
  • Support customer onboarding by providing product information, basic training, and guidance to dealers, stockists, and end users.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and other brand support activities as required.
  • Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information, and submit timely reports to support decision-making.
