Brand Ambassador – Nairobi

About the Role

Zuri Health is seeking energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent Zuri Express and Health360 across Kenya. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our services in the field, engaging directly with customers and driving subscriptions through community health activations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable working in outdoor and community settings, and are motivated by achieving targets and earning performance-based rewards.

Key Responsibilities
Community Activations

  • Conduct health activations at universities, markets, workplaces, boda boda stages, malls, and other approved community venues.

Customer Onboarding

  • Ensure every customer receives and confirms their WhatsApp welcome message before concluding the interaction.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily activation reports by 6:00 PM.
  • Adhere to the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 during all customer interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer health and personal information.

Brand Representation

  • Wear assigned branded attire at all times during working hours.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards.

Device Management

  • Properly manage assigned tablets and comply with device usage protocols and MDM policies.

Customer Service

  • Address customer inquiries professionally.
  • Escalate customer complaints and technical issues promptly.

Referral Promotion

  • Encourage participation in the “Refer 3, Get 1 Free” program for every activated customer.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • KCSE Certificate (Form Four completion).
  • Legal right to work in Kenya.
  • Fluency in English and Kiswahili.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and tablets.
  • Active personal M-Pesa account.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Comfortable approaching and engaging members of the public.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, field marketing, or community mobilization.
  • Strong networks within the assigned city or community.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and preventive healthcare.
  • Confidence in handling rejection and achieving daily targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
