Brand Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify, pitch, and secure strategic collaborations with influencers, creators, podcasts, and media platforms.
  • Manage all outreach communications and follow-ups for brand partnerships.
  • Build co-marketing campaigns with aligned brands.

Visibility & Public Relations

  • Pitch our brand for podcast interviews, blog features, guest appearances, and press coverage.
  • Submit content to media outlets, directories, and niche communities.
  • Track brand mentions, tags, and collaboration leads on social platforms.

Campaign & Relationship Management

  • Work with the graphics team to develop collaborative campaign briefs.
  • Coordinate timelines, expectations, and deliverables with partners.
  • Foster long-term relationships with high-value collaborators and influencers.

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track campaign reach, engagement, conversions, and audience growth tied to collaborations.
  • Deliver weekly reports on outreach progress and upcoming opportunities.
  • Recommend adjustments and creative ideas to improve outreach strategies.
