Job Description

This covers areas of installations and conversions, safety audits on your premises, bespoke LPG solutions to fit your requirements and give best value, maintenance and support to ensure all runs smoothly. Maintenance & Support We ensure that your equipment is in good working condition to enable you to run your operations with minimum disruptions. Prompt support whenever you need it to ensure that you are always running at desired levels. Bespoke LPG Solutions Do you require a custom, built to order LPG solution? We will work with you to come up with the solution that best fits your requirements as we understand a ‘one size fits all’ solution is not always the best solution. Safety Audits We offer you specialised safety audits both above and below ground (LPG pipe-works and Tanks), giving you peace of mind and allowing you to run your business with the confidence of knowing you have complied with safety and environmental standards. Installations & Conversions We will perform installations of LPG equipment on your premises (tanks, pipes, etc) and also aid with converting your current operations to a bespoke LPG solution that will get you running effeciently in the least time possible.

Qualifications

  • Valid & Correct Class of Driving License.
  • Valid EPRA License.
  • Defensive Driving Certificate
  • 3 years’ experience driving in corporate setup and LPG background.
  • Proficiency in using GPS devices i.e. smartphones.
  • Certificate of good conduct is mandatory.

Job Role

  • Reporting to our plant at 6AM during assigned shifts or as and when required.
  • Conduct daily tare & gross weights to facilitate loading at AGOL.
  • Support maintenance activities with the help of maintenance team and LPG systems’ Engineering team.
  • Conduct maintenance checklists.
  • Submitting real time online reports after deliveries via our mobile application.
  • Mapping customer locations.
  • Before starting any trip, check all statutory licenses are valid and up to date, EPRA & NTSA licenses, insurance, inspection, branding and inter-county permits.
  • Asset/truck must be driven in accordance with Kenya Traffic Act – Cap 404 of the laws of Kenya.
  • All accidents and incidents are reported as they happen in a timely manner.
  • Carefully drive the asset/truck to assigned delivery points and take full charge of the asset.
  • Pre-trip checks
  • Service interval schedules
  • General cleanliness
  • Take full responsibility of assets’ accessories – first aid kit, fire extinguishers & tool kits.
  • Timely delivery of LPG to the Customers as per stipulated SOPs.
  • HSE policies and procedures must be adhered to while handling company products.
  • Ensure delivery process are done procedural as per laid down SOP both physical and on company APP system.
  • Achieve and observe quick turnaround time at delivery locations as per set KPIs.
  • Any other duty as will be assigned by the supervisor
