About this opportunity

We are now looking for a BSS&A Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analysing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high-level design phases.

What you will do

  • Understand and drive end-to-end technical troubleshooting in customer network.
  • Analyse customer technology, lead in problems isolation.
  • Work with global recovery team during emergency handling and crisis management.
  • Develop technical presentations for complex root cause analysis (RCAs).
  • Lead and complete MA initiatives and tactical program follow up
  • Critical GOLS tracking and assessment.
  • Presales technical support (3pp offer, cost estimate).
  • Build a productive work environment built on strong collaboration and cooperation across MMEA and Globally (MA SAs/Global/PDU).
  • Work closely with CU S&R head, SDM and domain manager to build support model.
  • Lead technical activities of Project to Support handover.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing. Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build.
  • Fulfil with domain manager to acquire the right competence to BSS domain

You will bring

  • Min. Graduation degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 years of minimum working experience as a Solution engineer/ Support Engineer/ Solution Expert
  • Domain experience: BSS (Ericsson Charging System: SDP, AIR, OCC, CCN, NGVS, NGCRS. Ericsson Billing: BSCS. Ericsson Dynamic Activation( EDA or equivalent experience), Ericsson Mediation: EM. EOC/ECM,).
  • Experience on Virtualized/Containerized Environment is a plus.
  • Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g., experience from work as an Integration Engineer or Software Developer or support engineer.
  • Solid practical Leadership skills and managing high calibre technical team
