Job Description

Requirements:
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration or its relevant equivalent Proven track record of no less than 3 years in administration, procurement, or purchase and supply management, preferably within the construction or power and energy sector
Demonstrated ability to maintain an unwavering can-do attitude, an agile approach, and quick- thinking capabilities, particularly within fast-paced work settings.

Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Providing comprehensive oversight over a spectrum of domains, including facilities, security, fleet, compliance, insurance, tools and equipment, and company garage management
2. Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with esteemed suppliers and vendors, enhancing collaborative partnerships for mutual success.
3. Efficiently managing the entire procurement process, from strategic negotiations to prompt and accurate delivery, ensuring seamless supply chain operation.
4. Implementing streamlined practices within the warehouse, enabling efficient and accurate management of stock and inventory.
5. Offering exemplary leadership and guidance to diverse teams, optimizing productivity and championing safety protocols.
