What You’ll Do

• As a Business Analyst, you will be the critical link between stakeholders and developers, ensuring we deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing client requirements for system designs.
• Bridging communication between stakeholders and developers.
• Creating technical specifications and guiding the development team.
• Collaborating with QA teams to ensure all functional requirements are met.
• Driving innovation while ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 9001:2015, PCI-DSS, and Data Protection policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and advanced technical skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation abilities.
