Overall Purpose of the Job:

Business Development Executive – Laboratory Services will be responsible for driving business development strategies on the scope of Laboratory services. Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide input/market intelligence in the development of the marketing strategy.
•  Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
•  Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders.
•  Initiate and pursue business leads, to successful closure.
•  Participate in both corporate and industry events.
•  Prepare periodic business and market analysis reports.
•  Follow up on service queries for clients.

Position Requirements:

•  Degree in Business and at least 3 years of experience in the laboratory services industry, focused on sales and marketing.
•  Solid business acumen, and strong communication skills.
•  Exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
•  Highly organized, detail-oriented individual capable of prioritizing tasks; a proactive team player working towards building a shared vision.
•  Experience in ISO-accredited healthcare industry is an added advantage
