Job Description

PACIS Insurance Company Limited was incorporated in Kenya in October 2004 and licensed to do business in August 2005 It is an initiative of the Catholic Church with a vision to be the icon of reliability and trustworthiness.

Business Development Executive – Medical

 JOB PURPOSE

  • To grow the medical insurance portfolio by expanding and strengthening relationships with the existing intermediary network while recruiting new intermediaries through strategic relationship management, with the aim of increasing premium production and market penetration.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.
Qualifications:
Minimum Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business related course (Insurance Option, Marketing, Business
  • administration and Finance) or equivalent from recognized university.

Professional Qualifications

  • Professional qualification – AIIK, ACII

Experience:

  • Five (5) years ‘Insurance experience with at least two (2) years in medical sales

Knowledge

  • Understanding of the insurance industry
