Job Description

Berger paints was incepted during 1760 in United Kingdom (UK) by a young German chemist, Lewis Berger. He perfected a new process for making the color Prussian Blue. At a time when most military uniforms shared the same color, the pigment achieved great significance and aided in the great growth of the Berger brand.

Salary RangeKSh 30,000 – KSh 50,000/month

Location : Kisumu, Meru, Bungoma, Nyeri, Mombasa, Nairobi

Responsibilities

  • Visiting hardwares, Projects & Related Entities To supply Paints
  • Generation of leads
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Negotiating all contracts with existing & prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing & submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Maintaining Customers Portfolio
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing

More Details on Experience

  • 2 year’s experience in sales
  • Valid driving license is an additional advantage.
  • Experience selling paint is compulsory
  • Preference to be from region of representation

  • Should be willing travel anywhere in the country.
