Job Description

Baran Telecom Networks (BTN) is a leading Telecom and Software solutions company providing innovative digital solutions through integrated emerging technologies such as Digital Platforms, Big Data, IoT, AI, and SDx.

Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity

Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
  • Own and deliver cyber security revenue targets and pipeline growth
  • Drive enterprise and government sales through direct selling and partnerships
  • Lead strategic deal pursuits, negotiations, and closures
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and reporting
  • Key Account Management & Industry Networking
  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise, government, and institutional accounts
  • Build senior-level relationships with C-suite executives, CIOs, CISOs, and regulators
  • Represent BTN in industry forums, conferences, and partner engagements
  • Go-to-Market & Partner Management
  • Define and execute the cyber security go-to-market strategy
  • Develop and manage OEM, MSSP, and channel partnerships
  • Oversee pricing, commercial approvals, and deal structuring
  • Governance & Delivery Oversight
  • Act as commercial escalation point for key clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, renewals, and contract compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, computer, IT, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Mandatory Experience in ICT or Cyber Security sales
  • An existing pipeline and relations in the Cyber Security space.
  • Understanding of cyber security solutions and terminology.
  • Experience with government tenders or Enterprise Sales
