Business Development Manager- Oracle Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales & Opportunity Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Hospitality software solutions
  • Engage enterprise and mid-sized Hospitality businesses to understand operational and system challenges
  • Map client business needs to appropriate Oracle Hospitality products and services
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Solution Selling & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with IT, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders
  • Work with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present solution proposals
  • Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution positioning
  • Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage complex deal cycles
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance and pipeline reports
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Use data to track performance and identify improvement areas
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Act as a trusted advisor on technology solutions and digital transformation
  • Ensure smooth handover to implementation and support teams post-sale
  • Gather market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy

Education/Experience Needed:

  • BSc/BA in Sales, Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in enterprise software sales, technology sales, or solution selling
  • Experience selling ERP, database, cloud, or enterprise systems (Oracle experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of business systems, digital transformation, and enterprise IT environments
  • Experience working with technical teams in pre-sales engagements
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
