Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Recruitment, Outsourcing or managed services
• At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory role
• Proven track record in client acquisition, sales growth and account management
• Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment or workforce solutions is an added advantage
