Job Description

TIBU Health was founded in 2018 by a small team of health and technology experts with one objective in mind: make it easier for people to obtain high quality healthcare services

Job Summary: 

The business development officer will be responsible for driving sales of our health membership product, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role combines sales expertise with a focus on client relationship management to achieve our clinic’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Promote and sell the Tibu Health membership package to prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of our membership program.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics (e.g., leads generated, conversion rates, member retention).
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Provide personalised follow-up and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Address client needs promptly and effectively to enhance their overall experience.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and products.

Administration and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client relationship metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in health insurance sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
