Job Description

The Kenyan Alliance Insurance is a rapidly expanding Insurance Company dealing with Life, Pensions and General Insurance products. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic and passionate result oriented Business Development Managers with insurance background. The job holders will be posted anywhere within the country.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing for new business by identifying and exploiting new business opportunities to achieve growth business through creation of long-term sustainable client relations.
  • Recruit and train Direct Sales Force (DSFs).
  • Provide administrative oversite roles at the branch.
  • Preparing relevant production reports.

Education, Key Competencies and Skills Required;

  • Bachelor degree in Insurance, Actuarial or related field.
  • Must have Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
