Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide research and insights on CODO strategy.
• Accelerate CODO Strategy execution and follow through on CODO tactical plans for execution
• Act as subject matter expert in supporting management team with analytics that help manage the CODO function effectively.
• Lead in the consolidation and synthesis of various information, outputs, and reports in the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
• Coordinate shared Strategic deliverables with external stakeholders, Partners, ARO and CMC.

Qualification/Prefences

• B-degree in a business related course
• Very analytical, well conversant with research, strong reporting skills and organization skills.
• Experience within a banking environment
