Job Description

Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010

Role Summary:

The Call Center Agent is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and furthering customer satisfaction ratings for Mwananchi Credit Limited.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • The incumbent must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications or a rela- ted field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a call center or customer service and sales environment Computer literacy and proficiency
  • Previous experience in call center setup

Desired Skills:

  • Customer service – Maintain effective customer relations in a timely, efficient and prompt manner Team player – Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment:
  • Flexibility – Manage large amount of inbound and especially outbound calls promptly and can work night shifts when needed.
  • Organization – Keep a record of customer interactions, recording customers’ comments and compla- ints.
  • Marketing – Prospecting through effective telephone marketing, close business and follow-ups.
