QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a telesales role preferably in a microfinance
  • A diploma/degree from a recognized institution
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, email, and experience with the Internet.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Familiarity with CRM system and practises
