Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in centre/branch operations, preferably in healthcare or fertility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and quality care.
• Lead, motivate and manage the centre team to achieve targets.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, generate reports and ensure targets are met.
• Manage centre budgets, expenses and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical and safety standards.
